On Saturday, August 10, Schaumburg Golf Club held its first-ever Putting Championship, featuring 38 players competing on an 18-hole putting course. The event followed a 2-person best ball format, where the winning team secured the championship with an even-par score of 36.The second and third places were determined by a playoff on the first extra hole. It was fantastic to see families and friends come together for this unique and enjoyable competition. Participants ranged in age from 6 to 75, highlighting the inclusive nature of the event.
